On your phone, install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password — any of them).
In that app choose add account.
Scan the square, then type the 6-digit code it shows back into this page.

Choose “enter a setup key” in your app and type this in. Upper and lower case do not matter; the spaces are only there to make it readable.
